Jerry has significant experience advocating for and against intervention. A person may intervene in a case between other parties under certain circumstances, such as but not limited to, where the person claims an interest in the subject of the suit and resolving the litigation without that person may as a practical matter impair or impede the person’s ability to protect that interest.
